Recipe Dessert: Pandan Pannacotta With Mangoes (25 portions)

  • 3litre fresh full cream milk
  • 2 bundles of pandan leaves
  • 3 tubs of gelatine
  • 250g sugar
  • 3 pieces mangoes
  • Pandan leaves / coconut flakes for decorating purposes

  • Add milk in large pot
  • Add pandan leaves
  • Add sugar and stir well
  • Bring to a boil and let simmer for ten minutes
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes
  • Stir in the gelatine slowly until dissolved
  • Measure out and fill into glasses
  • Chill, decorate with mangoes, pandan leaves and coconut flakes
  • Serve
