Resipi Salted Egg Crab or Ketam Masak Telur Asin

Salam and hey foodies!

Happy Chinese New Year to those who celebrate this festive! and of course Happy Long Holiday to all Malaysian haha so disebabkan cuti panjang, meh kita main masak-masak. then, disebabkan CNY masakan kita pun haruslahh berunsurkan chinese cuisine, gitchu! haha

Actually, selalu masak kam heong crab tapi and pernah je masak salted egg ni tapi guna sotong. so, first time lah ni i masak salted egg crab. perghh finally! before i start, korang boleh jugak check on these few recipes yang agak-agak berkaitan dgn bebelan i ni

Simple wei, serious ni je bahan-bahan nya!

BAHAN-BAHAN

1. KETAM
1.1 Tepung jagung

2. KUAH
2.1 Butter (tertinggal gambonya!)
2.2 Garlic
2.3 Telur Asin (bahagian KUNING sahaja, saya pakai 2 biji sahaja sebab telur asin ni besor!)
2.4 Cili Api
2.5 Daun Kari
2.6 Susu Cair

CARA-CARA

1. Lumurkan KETAM dengan TEPUNG JAGUNG and Gorengkan ketam tadi secara deep fried
2. Panaskan BUTTER dalam kuali
3. Masukkan GARLIC dan CILI API dan kacau-kacau
4. Masukkan TELUR ASIN, kacau-kacau sambil nyanyi-nyanyi sikit

5. OK dah boleh masukkan SUSU CAIR. jangan sampai banjir. agak-agak je supaya dia kering nanti. OK ni part penting, saya memang CADANGKAN biar dia style dry sebab x sedap wei ketam masak salted egg tapi kau kasi basah berkuah. alamak i pernah makan kat kedai malay, fail giler! bukan bias but thats not the right way kan.. kui kui kui
6. DAUN KARI oi jangan lupa, setangkai cukup lah tak yah lah setandan HAHA
7. Kacau lagi sambil pikir awat lah lagu Bunga si Ara tu menang?? huh cannot brain
8. Siap, makan panas-panas layan!
